- Eat and drink 3 hours before bed.

Eating my last meal and drinking 3 hours before bed has transformed my sleep quality.
For example, I used to eat 1 hour or even 30 minutes before bed and that left me either waking up at 4 in the morning to pee or waking up groggy, foggy headed, lethargic, wondering why am I still sleepy or why my brain is not functioning at its highest capacity.
However, I dove into research, articles, videos, podcasts from renowned scientist and biohackers like Bryan Johnson, on how to achieve the highest quality sleep and wake up energized to take on the day.
What I found was…
- Sleep and wake up at the same time every day. Even on weekends to avoid social jet lag on Monday.
- Eat and drink 3 to 5 hours before bed
- Sleep is nature’s number 1 miracle drug
The results:
- I wake up with super charged energy in the mornings
- I have a clear mind, rested mind and body. No more fogginess or grogginess.
- I am optimistic and in a much better mood.

2. Wealth
- Hypnotize ourselves to wealth + Mind Movies.
Multi-millionaire, Rob Dyrdek, hypnotized himself into wealth. He’s now amassed a net worth of $400 Million Dollars.

3. Wisdom
- Read and listen to philosophy. Non-duality vs. Nihilism.
Let us first define the two.
Non-duality: a concept describing the experience of oneness with existence where the usual separation between the self (subject) and the world (object) dissolves, revealing a unified whole. At the heart of non-dualism lies the perception of self and other as fundamentally interconnected. This perspective can counteract feelings of isolation and alienation, common in many mental health issues.
Nihilism: Nihilism is a philosophical position asserting that life is without objective meaning, purpose, or intrinsic value, often associated with a total rejection of established values and institutions.
Personally, I have fallen into periods of nihilism, where nothing matters and life loses it’s meaning.
However, through meditation, reading, and watching videos of non-duality I have come to learn it is ok that life has no purpose, that nothing matters, and life is best experienced by living in the present moment.
That is what I have learned.
Where non-duality recognizes the purposelessness of life, yet is liberated by that notion and thus teaches to live in the present moment.
Whereas nihilism, recognizes life has no meaning, nothing matters and thus we should do nothing.
Said differently, non-duality inspires us to take action and find joy in the simple act of doing the thing, whereas nihilism motivates us to do nothing, since nothing matters anyway.
